Q: What is a FAQ?  A:  A FAQ is a list of Frequently Asked Questions.

Q:  How do I know if I should do this work?   A:  Ihave set a strong intent around this work that only the people who will most benefit from it will be drawn to it.  Please go within and ask yourself, if this is appropriate at this time.  Please honor whatever insights you receive from your inner guidance.

Q:  When will I receive the energy balancing and healing?   A:  I will try to transmit the balancing and healing energies of the session to you within four business days after I receive the order.  You do not have to do anything while I am transmitting the energies to you.

Q:  Do I have to be present when a session is done?   A:  NO.  ALL energy work that I do is done remotely. I do not offer sessions in person or by telephone at this time.

Q:  How can I prepare for a session?  A:  You do not have to do anything while the session is being done. 

Q:  How long do the sessions take?   A:  Time does not function as usual during our energy transmissions.  Some people may feel like the session takes a long time; others may feel it takes a short time; and others may not feel anything at all.  

Q: What will I experience during the session?  A: It is hard for us to answer this question because each person Iwork with is so unique.  People vary tremendously in how sensitive they are to energy work.  Some are very sensitive; some do not feel much at all.  Most people realize within two weeks after the session that while they may or may not have felt anything, their lives have been changed for the better.  As you can tell from the testimonials, each person has a different experience after a session.

Q:  How will I know that the session has been done?   A:  Iemail people after we finish a session to let them know that the work has been done. 

Q:  What can I do to help integrate the sessions?  A:  Often the best thing you can do is to sleep.  This allows the body to integrate the experience as quickly as possible.  Having a strong intent to accept the healing and to let the past go also helps.  After one of our sessions, you will be detoxifying your body.  It is very important that you drink lots of water for the next few days to help your body to flush out the toxins that are released after one of our sessions.  Many people find that Jello helps people to assimilate because of its high calcium content.  You can mix two tablespoons of jello with a cup of hot water and drink it before the jello congeals.  Sea or Epsom salt baths are also very helpful.

Q:  Can I retake the sessions?  A:  There is no need to retake any Practical Mastery™ session.  They are set up energetically to continuously operate in the background after they are transmited.

Q:  Do I pay for a session before or after the work is done?   A:  I do ask for payment before a session.

Q:  What is your most powerful session?  A:  This  varies tremendously from person to person.

Q:  Does it take these recalibrations/activations a long time to filter down to our dimension and are they then anchored with me on a permanent basis on the physical plane?  A: When I asked Spirit what I got is that the etheric body instantly gets them and then your soul, etheric body and physical body look at where you are in terms of readiness and then it downloads to your physical body at the proper level.  In times like this where spiritual growth is accelerated, it is easier for people to get lopsided in their growth and get their spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies out of whack. I build into my sessions the request that people receive the energies in as balanced a way as possible so that the energy bodies stay aligned as much as possible.

Q: What do you mean by the term God Self?  A: God Self to me is the origin of our individuated identity from Source.  It is much higher than the Higher Self.

Q:  How are the prices set for a session?   A: The prices for each session are based on what we receive from the Creator.  Because we live in a very powerful time where lots of change is continuously happening, pricing can vary accordingly.
