Personality
As within so
without is one of the few things that is actually True in a third
dimensional reality. The outward world of mass and duality
consciousness on the planet largely reflects the inner war on the
psyche and personality levels of humanity. To evolve spiritually,
the personality must become integrated with the soul. Highly evolved
beings on this planet constantly work on building their antahkarana
the rainbow bridge of light connecting their personality to the
soul. Evolving the personality is an integral part of the spiritual
growth process.
One of the
biggest barriers to evolving spiritually is the fragmentation of the
personality. While therapists, psychiatrists and psychologists
often focus on the most dramatic cases of personality fragmentation
– people with split personalities or multiple personalities – only
the most evolved avatars on this world have achieved the state of
personality congruency or integrity where pretty much all aspects of
the personality are aligned seamlessly energetically with each
other.
For example,
the ability to achieve your goals largely boils down to how many
personality fragments or sub-personalities support the goal and how
many sub-personalities do not support the goal. And
sub-personalities that are older tend to be more ingrained and have
more momentum. This is often why so many of the people who lose a
lot of weight regain it over time – after the goal is achieved the
sub-personality that implemented the change relaxes and lets go and
so the impetus to lose weight dissipates and then the older, more
entrenched sub-personalities who have been lying in wait gain
momentum and sabotage the weight loss. A lot of self sabotage and
self destructive behavior that appears senseless to others looking
on really originates the inner battles at the sub-personality level.
All of these

archetypes that we all hold in our psyches – these may come from our

archetypes. A lot of the work of Jung brought forth to the
planet was based on the psychological archetypes.
An example of
a psychological archetype may be the internalized image most of us
have about the nature of GOD. Many of us have a mage of an angry God sitting
on a throne in the sky sending thunderbolts to earth when She is
having a bad hair day. While this may seem funny, sadly this is
often the image we have internalized for Father/Mother GOD. Our
subconscious mind really does not know what is right or wrong, true
or untrue, it just takes the input it gets - often from an early age
when we were totally clueless - and runs with it.
However, this
type of archetype has a huge ramification on what people judge to be
good or bad; right or wrong; fair or unfair and this in turn affects
how we perceive ourselves and view the world around us. And since
we experience largely what we project and expect - it colors our
life experiences. For example, people who believe in an angry GOD
tend to be angry people. So a healing and clearing of
less-than-love archetypal energies, frequencies and patterns can
have a huge ramification on not only our physical and emotional
health but also the quality of our lives
