In the last week I have experienced more anger and irritation and even rage than I have in the last two years. A lot of old Atlantean energy is moving out of the planet and it can be challenging. Just hang in there! As the anger and rage releases from me I do find myself feeling more peaceful and serene and detached than I ever had.
