Setting
Up a System Restore Point There
are magical moments in life where I feel really clear and balanced and
totally on top of things and then life happens and I drop my vibration. I
was thinking about how my computer works where each day the XP operating
system takes a snapshot of my operating system and if things get messed
up, I can use System Restore to get back to an earlier, more problem-free
environment. I
then realized that maybe when I am feeling really clear that I could ask
GOD to create a Restore Point for my consciousness so that if I lose a lot
of clarity that I could retreat back to my highest level. I asked GOD to
constantly update my Restore Point with the highest level of light and
love and clarity I experience and then when I move into weird, unclear and
flaky energy and lose my high vibration, I ask GOD for a System Restore. I
have tried this several times and it seems to be 95% effective for me. April

Five
Tibetan Rites When
I asked what to include in this newsletter, I got that I should mention
the five Tibetan Rites. There are a lot of self help books on exercise and
I hate to exercise. I always favor the KISS (keep it simple stupid)
approach to practically everything. The Five Tibetan Rites are five
simple, low impact stretching exercises that provide a lot of benefit for
the least amount of energy. What
I particularly like is that a lot of us want to exercise and be more
healthy but we don’t know how and things like Yoga – well I tried a
Yoga class for a while but I always agonized whether I was doing it right
and I could never keep up with the rest of the class and it was very
confusing and difficult so I bagged it. The Tibetan Rites are very kewl. Here
is a link with information and most important illustrations of the five
Tibetan Rites: http://www.mkprojects.com/pf_TibetanRites.htm Much
love to each of you, Bill
